How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment in the Customer Panel?
The Customer Panel is where you can see and manage all your behind-the-wheel appointments and sessions. Whether you are part of the teen Driver's Ed Lab, an adult Level-Up Lab or taking Individual Instruction sessions, this is where you get an overview of your booked appointments.
When you have logged in, you'll see this button on the Individual Instruction page:
(If you are part of a Driver's Ed Lab, you will also see the button in your Schedule Hub.)
In the Customer Panel, you'll see your appointments:
Click the three vertical dots to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Here, you can also view and download your invoice.
If you have booked a session package, you can see all appointments in the package under "Packages":
As with standalone appointments, you can also reschedule or cancel individual appointments in the package as needed.
