When can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Drivony makes it easy to reschedule and cancel appointments as needed. You can cancel an Individual Instruction appointment up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment for a full refund (minus a 3 percent processing fee). You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the start of an appointment. Please reach out to Drivony at support@drivony.com if you have questions.
